Apologies

Upon further thought, I will not be adding much if anything more to this Self-Defense blog. There are so many bullies in today's world, and they could learn new techniques here as well as those who need protection from bullies. And with all the other violence in the world, and given all the thousands of other self-defense sites on the web, I don't think I'll add any more than I already have to the subject. My apologies.
